About Us Our offices are located at1000 Asylum Avenue #2109, Hartford, CT 06105-1794. This is a large medical office building, attached to St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. The 1000 Asylum building was formerly the National Security Insurance building built in 1940 in the Federal style and is on a beautiful piece of property in a park-like setting. It is a privilege to have an office in such a lovely environment. My office is in the central hallway of the front entrance, the most beautiful portion of the building. Our office staff is four people: Our echo technician, Donna, Jackie and Jill, and myself. We do primary care, consultative cardiology, and function as a legal consultant to many different sources/agencies, reviewing cases of complexity. In our office, we see patients, do stress tests, echocardiograms with tissue Doppler (an important advance), Holter monitors, and the 3DMP EKG (Cardiotron).
